The best teachers are those that show you where to look, but don’t tell you what to see. – Alexandra K. Trenfor

Trouvaille: A windfall. A godsend. A lucky find or discovery. Chance timing that works to your benefit. A lotto win. The keys to knowledge that will change your life and possibly other lives for the better. A hit record. A job you love that came to you. A lovely, blossoming relationship you didn’t even know you were searching for until you had it.

What do you dream about? Do you still dream? Or are you going through the motions of living because of some decisions you made long ago? Are you still working for anything? Does your current life meet with your approval? Did you want an extraordinary, memorable life, and life got in the way?

I am a Reader. A spiritual counselor. But I am also a teacher. I tell you what I see. I will never tell you what to see. I know what I know. That is all. When it is time for you to know what you need to know it will come to you. You will pick up a book and find the answer there. You will talk to a friend that gives you a lift and encourages you to carry on. You will hear a song or take a walk in nature that will inspire you. By chance, you will be on the internet and something or someone you needed is there for you. You will pick up the phone and call me or someone else you know that will tell you the truth. In that moment you are ready to hear it. That is trouvaille.

It’s a lucky break.

A blessing that helps the puzzle pieces fall together and changes your perception. Perception is everything. That little tweak. That reminder of who you really are. That poke in the right direction that informs you of what you need to do next to realize your purpose. It isn’t always going to be a random award of millions of dollars. That kind of trouvaille isn’t for everyone. That kind of trouvaille isn’t terribly meaningful.

I am thankful for the trouvaille in my life.

I know there are no mistakes and almost everything happens for a reason.

Not getting what we ask for is quite often the gift of protection and not rejection.

I also know there are those lucky breaks. And there are those rare insights. Those hits of knowing that come and go and change us forever. These things are as much a part of our journey as a master plan we mapped out in our 20’s. The plan that may no longer fit the person we have become as we are no longer growing from it.

Keep your eyes peeled.

Trouvaille is everywhere.

It is a blessing like no other.

Sending Love, Light & Oceans of Bliss.
