In the depth of winter I finally learned that there was in me an invincible summer. – Albert Camus

I was Reading for a client last week. They said that they needed to be saved. They couldn’t find the strength to carry on right now and wanted someone to save them. We have all been there. The thing is it is the rare day that we really need to be saved by another. Most of the time we need to be found. Found, appreciated, and appreciative. Then once again we save ourselves.

When our backs are up against it the pressure is on. It would be nice to escape. Hit the lotto. Have all the answers. When you are being tossed about by the storm the only thing to do is become the storm. Be the storm and push back. Be the storm and make whatever you are up against sorry for messing with you. I find storm busting easier to do when it isn’t also as hot as blue blazes but that’s just me.

We want to be happy but first we have to be strong.

The fastest way to get your muscle on is to lift the weight. Lift it over and over until it becomes weightless. We don’t have much control in this life but for how we respond to it. Life can be heavy. It feels like it is breaking us down but that is usually when we are just about to break free.

The fire within burns stronger than any fire raging around us. When we give our power over to outside circumstances we will always lose. Real power is always comes from way down deep inside.

It’s easy to give in to giving up when you are feeling too tired, too weak, too overwhelmed. Bad days happen. So, what? Somehow we must pick ourselves up and move forward. You will become unstoppable when you realize you deserve better. You will find an endless well of strength to turn things around once you accept the idea that you are your own savior. And that is exactly how it is supposed to be.

Sending Love, Light & Oceans of Bliss.
