Spiritual growth is not for sissies. ~Alexandra Brooks

The seven deadly sins may very well be man’s true nature but when did they become desired attributes? How is it that people think that someone indulging in this behavior is charismatic and laudable?

I am in the business of signs.

I feel them and see them everywhere. I talk a lot about small people with too much power. There are far too many of those small people in charge of governments and positions of power the world over. These ego-maniacal fools love to hear themselves talk. When we have devolved to a point where we can assume that every accusation is a confession we are living in predictable but dangerous times.

Aquarians tend to be altruistic. I own that. Still, why is it so hard to think about what is in the highest good for all before you take action? Not just what works for you, your family, and active supporters but the all. I understand that the all is negotiable. When I use the expression I am usually referring to the most, the animals, the innocent, the average person. The ones that don’t have enough power and must depend on your sense of values to survive and thrive. And that is everyone of us at some point or in some respect of our lives. Part of the all is the environment. The Oceans. The Earth. The air we breathe.

If you are reading this blog you are most likely on a spiritual path. Or maybe you just like to troll inspirational blogs? I dunno. The thing is you already know that the spiritual path is not necessarily the path of least resistance. You already know you are in the minority not the majority. You already know you are the kid with the cooties and the popular kids laugh at you. You know all of this and still you persist.

You persist.

We persist.

We persist because we ain’t sissies.

We are not going to flower up or melt like snowflakes anytime soon.

The narcissists-that-be do not know who they are messing with. Cause we’re tough. We actually know how to be tough and kind at the same time. We live it everyday. The best of us blame no one for our misfortunes but ourselves. The lesser of us may blame our ex for a few things but we soon get over it. Cause that’s how we roll. We keep it real.

There is a trend in this country many are subscribing to. People seem to feel that if they attach themselves to “a winner” there is some sort of trickle down fortune they will absorb. This is not how the real world works. The only thing that trickles down from one human to another is their pain. Their love is either freely given or not up for grabs.

As difficult as it is, it behooves us to stay on our path.

The path of the righteous manifestors that only want what is best for everyone and everything. And if that means we have to go out of our comfort zone to make it happen that is just fine. There is no glory in watching other people suffer while you are sitting pretty, right? Right.

Sending Love, Light & Oceans of Bliss …
