If You Only Knew
Too bad we can’t see ourselves the way we really are. The selves reveal when are when we are free of shame. The sensitive beings we were before the after. We really are quite something. Think of all the things we have created. The music. The art. The stories written and told. The progress we have made in the sciences. The buildings built and walls torn down. The magic we work just getting through a day. We are pretty damn amazing.
Still. We live in fear.
In fear of loving. In fear of generosity given and taken. In fear of the unknown and unfamiliar.
In fear of dying.
In fear of living.
Fear keeps us from bringing our Light to the table of life. You know it is hard to see anyone for who they are when they are hiding in the shadows. Keeping themselves small and grey. Hoping that if they don’t make a fuss they will avoid being judged or criticized. Making excuses for not showing up.
It’s easy to be nice.
It’s hard to be real.
We cannot always change our circumstances. We can always change ourselves.
Take a mental inventory of your behaviors. Be honest. Note if your behavior is because you are easily triggered. Is what you are doing positive action or negative reaction? How much has your behavior cost you over the years? Is it a fair exchange or are you emotionally and financially in debt because of it?
Is it worth it?
If it is worth it fine.
That’s the price you are willing to pay.
If it is not worth it? Change is your only hope to prosper or break even. Give yourself the same second chance you would give anyone else for screwing up or disappointing. Find a way to make the changes you must make to get your Light out from the back of the closet and shine bright for everyone to see.
You have something unique and lovely to offer.
We want it.
We need it.
Don’t keep us waiting.
Sending Love, Light & Oceans of Bliss.
